Matching the grain, colour and texture of your existing leather as closely as possible.
Leather ages and wears differently to fabric — a scuff or crack that would ruin a fabric cover can often be repaired and blended back into the surrounding leather rather than replaced outright. Where a panel is too worn to repair, we cut and fit a matching replacement panel rather than recovering the whole piece. Recolouring can bring faded or sun-worn leather back closer to its original shade. Nikki and the team will talk you through what’s realistic for your piece before any work starts.

We look at the type and condition of the leather, and whether a repair, a panel replacement or a full recover is the better fit.
Tears are stitched and filled, scuffs are refinished, and worn panels are cut and fitted in matching leather.
Where needed, the repaired area is recoloured to match. We can collect your piece and drop it back once it’s done — see pick-up & delivery — or you’re welcome to drop it in yourself.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most from Brisbane customers.
In most cases, yes. Smaller tears and splits can usually be stitched and filled so the seam is solid again. Larger tears or badly worn areas may need a panel replaced in matching leather instead. Send us a photo and we’ll let you know which approach suits your piece.
Yes. Leather that’s faded from sun exposure or scratched from everyday use can often be recoloured to bring it back closer to its original shade, rather than replacing the whole cover.
It depends on the piece. A solid frame under good-quality leather is often worth repairing, recolouring or having a panel replaced rather than buying new — especially for a piece you already like the shape and fit of. A frame that’s badly damaged underneath the leather is a different calculation. We’ll give you an honest opinion as part of your quote.
It depends on what’s needed. A small tear or scuff repair is a smaller job than a full panel replacement or recolouring an entire piece, and the size and type of the piece also affects the price.
