We look at the type of fabric or leather and how heavily marked it is before any cleaning starts.

Yes — leather is cleaned by hand, working carefully over seams and stitching. If the leather itself is torn, cracked or badly worn rather than just dirty, see our leather repair page instead.

It depends on the type of stain, the fabric and how long it’s been there. We treat every stain individually and work to lift as much of the mark as we can — send us a photo and we’ll let you know what to expect.
